We specialize in aluminum fabrication and welding, offering comprehensive services for constructing, repairing, and modifying aluminum boats of all sizes.
In addition to complete custom vessel design we also offer USCG plan submissions for COI vessels and can help navigate the approval and inspection process.
Dennis Fogg started Fogg's Boatworks more than 40 years ago. In 2004, Dennis began building custom Foggcrafts- welded aluminum alloy boats known for their classic lines, smooth efficient ride and durability. Along with his sons Patrick and Eben, they have continued and expanded upon designing and building custom aluminum alloy boats.

The FC-27 is our traditional style, the one that started it all. Currently, in service as our primary taxi boats, the FC-26 is great in all seasons. Available in both a full cabin and cuddy cabin style.

The FC-29 is a bigger version of our traditional style working boat. Currently in service as our primary winder and hard weather taxi boat, the FC-29 is a great choice if you are looking for increased capability in rougher conditions.

Our newest design, the FC-32, is a great in between size vessel. Originally designed to be a mid-size transport vessel for the Merrimack Valley YMCA to carry campers on lake Winnipesaukee.

The Foggcat 44 is our largest passenger vessel model. With a full cabin, wheelhouse and the capacity to carry up to 49 people, the Foggcat 44 is great in all weather.

The Foggcat 36 or Work Cat is a catamaran we designed to be a working boat. The pictured version is in service as a mooring tender and kelp farming vessel on Casco Bay.

The Chebeaguer 165 is our smallest model and was designed to be a daily commuter on casco bay. Its compact size and maneuverability make it a great smaller option.

I was fortunate for the opportunity to work with Fogg Boatworks to design and build a catamaran work barge. They were very helpful and creative surrounding the many decisions involved in a project of this scale. The barge came in on budget and the welding quality is top shelf.
